Begin by the experience

I start my Startup research to make up my understanding of the team building . As an old experienced Rugby player , I faced a lot of common usage of the Team building effort necessary to improve the result week by week of a Team. Some code appear and some issues and team failure too. The coach is at heart of the team . But the team or the appartenance feeling of a group is the shadowed part of the team performance.
Take a relative current issue in the TOP 14 rugby french leach. We can count two team with internationnal players Racing and Toulon (I don t use directly the real name) All have internationnal players. In the previous championship, Racing has payed a lot for an uncredible irish player. But the result of the team was poor and doesn t finish at the Top at the end of the regular season. When Toulon on the same time finished the competition on top of the European and French competition. What was the difference?
The next lines will be my proper opinion and certainly occulted other factors that could make my sentence incomplete.
The racing is on a way to be on the top of the championship on a minimum time in selecting player from france an stranger. One principal issue was certainly to make a selection of different player from different region of the world. In a short time when we want a quick result, the solution appear hardly to be done. People with different culture,language  and feeling need time to become a Strong Team.
If you see Toulon, you will see that a group of player from the same world region has been selected. In this case South Africa were important. But New zealand origin was too present. The solution of the coach was to select people by the feeling that the people could have with other players. For instance players coming from the same team or international selection. If we take the new zealand approach, the first movement was to engage a star of international rugby as a player and as a coach at final. With the knowledge of this player and the feeling that the player has with other players from the same country the coach has permited opened position and engagement for reticent player. In continuing the relationship along the season with a good integration process organized by a group with the joking facts that could arrive between different country make the team more strong and make the result necessary to win.
As we see , important notes to make are: good feeling, group of people, integration process and certainly the most important way is the time.
I need to create a solution for seasons and not just for one shot. The user should be contacted at the frequency less than a week. for 12 months as in france by example where some Fiesta are organized along the two month of the summer. Make retention, viral solution , make organizational tool and other element to make this experience possible will be my research.
